Refunds will be available for 72 hours beginning at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept, 20, 2023  until 10 a.m.  Saturday, Sept 23, 2023 at the point of purchase for anyone who purchased tickets to the currently scheduled show but can no longer attend due to the date change to Sept. 28 at the Smokies Stadium.

AS OF 10 a.m. Sept.23, 2023 the Refund Window is now closed.

ALL REQUESTED REFUNDS PRIOR HAVE BEEN PROCESSED. DEPENDING ON THE FUNDING INSTITUTION IT CAN TAKE UP 2 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR TRANSACTION TO SHOW BACK UP ON YOUR ACCOUNT FROM THE TIME PROCESSED.
